Description
Long and open, the frame of the Ruth pendant is an elongated oblong of sterling silver, its face set with crystal pavé, hanging from a short crystal-set bar bail. A round white freshwater pearl of 10 to 11 mm is mounted inside the upper part of the frame, leaving the lower part empty, so the pearl seems to float at the top of a window.
This is one of the larger pendants in the collection and it is clearly taller than it is wide. It sits at the sternum and suits crew and boat necklines, where the long outline lengthens the neck and draws a clean vertical line down the front of a sweater or dress.
