Register your return within 30 days, pack the jewelry in its original box and use the prepaid label. We refund the full amount within 5 business days of receiving your parcel.

Swap the length, color or size

Prefer a different piece? Start an exchange and we ship the replacement as soon as your return has been scanned by the carrier, so you are never without your pearls for long.

How to return

E-mail us with your order number and the item you want to return.
We send you a return label and instructions.
Hand the parcel in at a drop-off point and keep the receipt.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the item arriving back with us. Earrings can only be returned when the hygiene seal is intact. Items with visible wear or damage cannot be refunded or exchanged.
