Two rows of crystal pavé trace a crescent moon around a round white freshwater pearl, 10 to 11 mm, so that the pearl seems to sit inside the moon's inner curve. The sterling silver crescent holds the pearl on one side only, which gives Elizabeth a quietly asymmetric outline that a full halo cannot.
