Description
Marquise leaves fan out across the top of a round white freshwater pearl of 10 to 11 mm in the Elin pendant, each leaf set with crystal pavé, spreading to roughly the width of the pearl before a small bail takes the chain. The pearl hangs directly beneath the leaves with nothing else around it.
The pendant is medium in size, hangs straight and sits at the upper sternum, above crew and boat necklines. Seen from the front the leaves read as a crown of light on the pearl; seen from the side they give the pendant a little depth.
It is a dressier pendant than a plain capped pearl but still an everyday one, and it goes well with the kind of wardrobe that moves from the office to dinner without a change. A good gift for a fiftieth birthday or a daughter's graduation.

Pearls are organic gems: put them on last and take them off first. Keep away from perfume, hairspray, lotion and water. After wearing, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store in the pouch or box, separate from other jewelry.
