Four pearls, four crescents. The Birgitta pendant links four round white freshwater pearls of 7 to 8 mm, each one cradled from below by a small crescent of crystal pavé in sterling silver, into a single pendant that hangs from a fine chain. The pearls sit close together, so they read as one piece rather than a row of separate drops.
It is a medium-to-large pendant, wider than a single pearl, and it sits at the upper sternum, above crew and boat necklines. The four crescents add a low line of sparkle beneath the pearls without surrounding them.

Pearls are organic gems: put them on last and take them off first. Keep away from perfume, hairspray, lotion and water. After wearing, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store in the pouch or box, separate from other jewelry.
